Lion Silhouette at Sunset

Simba is the Kiswahili word for lion. Much like their domesticated cousins, lions will sleep up to 18 hours a day. Unlike these cousins however, lions have poor eyesight and are easily confused by groups of camouflaged animals such as zebras.

Lake Manyara, The Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire

Similar to our Lands of the Wildebeest Migration private itinerary, the Simba Safari takes you to Tanzania’s best known parks and reserves. As this is a group departure you will have the opportunity to travel with likeminded adventurers. Expert guides speak fluent English and will share their knowledge of flora, fauna and culture with you.
