This extraordinary expedition delves deep into the heart of a country that boasts some of the world’s most beautiful scenery, friendliest people, and rarest wildlife encounters. Uganda is home to an abundance of wildlife including 19 different primate species, over 1000 bird species and the rare mountain gorilla. Another Land includes two gorilla tracking days per person to maximize your experience of these incredible aminals.

Music of the Buganda Kingdom

Many of Uganda’s cultures are ancient kingdoms whose traditional monarchs still serve as important figure heads. Another Land is a pioneer of cultural travel in Africa and our long standing relationships with musicians and dancers of the Buganda kingdom allows us to take you on a cultural safari like few others have experienced. Through storytelling, beer brewing, traditional agriculture and musical celebrations you will become a part of the Buganda village. You will discover by doing – diving right in and participating “hands on.”
