The Royal Palissandre

The hotel is situated in the heart of Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar. Located on a hillside, it is ideally placed close to the Grand Avenue de l’independence, and just 10 minutes walk from the hub of the city. The rooms are simple but comfortable, with en-suite facilities and air conditioning. They overlook the surrounding area of Antananarivo. Service at the hotel is good and there is a bar and restaurant, which is situated on a terrace overlooking the city. The menu includes local specialties as well as fine French food.

Vakona Forest Lodge

Located in the heart of a luxuriant primary forest full of endemic vegetation and spectacular fauna, the lodge consists of 10 family bungalows with mezzanine and fourteen double rooms with private terrace and outdoor living room. Designed in harmony with its biotope and in local Malagasy architecture, it boasts such modern conveniences as private bathrooms, personal safety deposit boxes and mini bars in each room.

The Relais de la Reine

This family-owned property is set back from the nearby road and cleverly built into the surrounding landscape. Guests are accommodated in large comfortable rooms equipped with mosquito nets, electric fans and en-suite bathroom facilities. The Relais de la Reine also features a decent swimming pool and can offer guests opportunities for horse back riding and tennis.

Berenty Lodge

Located in the spiny desert in Berenty, the lodge is comprised of spacious wooden chalets with en-suite bathrooms. Common areas include a pleasant tea garden where afternoons can be spent watching the mischievous lemurs at play or alternatively one can visit the museum which displays local artifacts and history of the region.
